Independent sound designer and music composer for film and video. I have a background in the arts, having studied at Filmkunstskolen i Kabelvåg, doing video exhibition works.
I love recording in the field or in my studio and own modest equipment for both. I play the double bass, on which I’m classicaly trained and typically play with a bow. Sometimes I also do video editing.

Borgerpligt (Civic duty)

The film takes place in the near future, where the state keeps a close eye on citizens’ resource consumption. Gitte lives alone in her large house, surrounded by things – but when a civil servant knocks on the door, both her home and her self-image begin to crack. ‘Citizenship Duty’ is an intense and thought-provoking story about consumption, loneliness and the cold gaze of the system.




The film is mixed in Dolby Atmos, in the cinema at Sonic College.
I have mixed all the sound in post, as well as composed some of the music.
